President's Biography/References

Thomas M. Coan is the founder and
president of Federally Insured Savings Network. Over the last twenty-five years, he has assembled a staff of experienced and dedicated professionals
who share the firm's goals of high rates, safety and customized CD services.
Together, they place $50 million per month for their clients. His nearly
thirty-five years of experience in the financial services industry is uniquely
broad. He served as a Federal Bank Examiner, worked directly as assistant
for Tony Frank, the former Chairman of the First Nationwide Bank (later
appointed Postmaster General by President Reagan), and developed many profitable
bank services for The Chase Manhattan Bank as a vice president. At
the Calvert Group, a $5 billion mutual fund company, he turned around a
declining money fund business into a billion dollar insured money management
service. He brings to FISN, skills learned through four degrees in International
Management, Real Estate Finance, Marketing, and Corporate Finance at Georgetown,
The American and The New York Universities. Mr. Coan served in Vietnam
as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and was awarded with a Bronze Star Medal. |
