RATE JUMBO CDs
Jumbo CDs are FDIC insured and placed directly at
banks nationwide. The depositor wires the funds to the bank. Interest and
paperwork are sent directly to the depositor. These CDs are neither sellable
nor callable and may have a substantial penalty for early withdrawal. Some
banks have extra identification requirements or impose special conditions
such as deposits limited to personal, business or institutional accounts.
Many banks are now restricting their best Jumbo CD rates to institutional
and corporate accounts only. Rates for other amounts, banks without restrictions
and/or other ownership categories are available upon request. FISN earns
a placement charge on every deposit, paid either by the bank or the depositor
for the service. Jumbo CDs are not an eligible investment for IRA Accounts
through FISN.

FIXED
RATE CALLABLE CDs
Callable CDs are FDIC insured and pay interest at
a fixed rate over the life of the CD. At the end of the non callable period,
the CDs may be called for the full amount of the deposit. When called,
the bank returns the deposited amount with interest. If not called, the
CD remains callable. Only the bank can exercise a call,
not the depositor. Early withdrawals are not permitted but these CDs can
be sold or can be redeemed fully upon the death of an owner or co-owner.
CDs sold prior to maturity are subject to market conditions and could result
in a loss. These CDs are held in a brokerage account and there is no placement
fee. Eligible for both IRA Accounts
&
401K Rollover
to IRA Accounts.

STOCK
or COMMODITY MARKET CDs
Stock or Commodity Market CDs pay interest
based upon the gain in a related stock market or commodity index. These
unique CDs permit investors to capture the upside possibilities of the
market index but avoid the down-side risk. In other words, you can "play
the market" but not worry about losing your starting investment because
the deposit is FDIC insured and you are guaranteed to get back your original
investment. Early withdrawals may be permitted
and these CDs can be sold or can be redeemed fully upon the death of an
owner or co-owner. CDs sold prior to maturity or withdrawn early are subject
to market conditions and could result in a loss.
There is no placement fee and these CDs are held in a brokerage account.
Interest is calculated and paid at maturity. The CD Index Return is 100%
of the index gain without an upside cap unless stated. Eligible for both
IRA
Accounts &401K
Rollover to IRA Accounts.

INFLATION LINKED
CDs
Inflation Linked Certificates of Deposit
(CDs) assist investors in offsetting the effects of inflation. The Rate
Growth type of Inflation Linked CD pays interest monthly at a CD Base Rate
plus a monthly CPI adjustment that reflects the year-over-year changes
in the CPI. In effect, the actual CD rate "floats" up and down with current
inflation on a monthly basis. The adjustment may be positive or negative.
In the event of a decrease in the CPI, the combined rate will fall below
the CD Base Rate but not below 0.00%. Read carefully A
Guide to Understanding Floating Rate Securities which covers "floaters"
in general. Early withdrawals are not permitted
but these CDs can be sold or can be redeemed upon the death of an owner
or co-owner. CDs sold prior to maturity are subject to market conditions
and could result in a loss. These CDs are held in a brokerage account and
there is no placement fee. Eligible for both IRA
Accounts & 401K Rollover
to IRA Accounts.

Federally Insured Savings Network (FISN) researches
FDIC insured certificates of deposit from across the nation to find the
safest and best CD rates. The Current Rates listed above are updated daily
and are the best certificate of deposit rates we could find that are suitable
for nationwide depositors when the tables were last updated. The Annual
Percentage Yield (APY) is a "theoretical" calculation that assumes interest
is reinvested in the CD on the interest payment dates at the CD interest
rate and is provided for comparative purposes only. Your actual APY may
differ depending upon, if and how, you reinvest the CD interest. These
rates are representative of the highest rates nationwide. Rates for several
CDs, CDs in other amounts and for other terms are available by calling
FISN at toll free 1-888-CDRATES or 1-800-351-4494 or locally in Washington,
DC metro area at 240-497-0400. FISN places CDs on the behalf of its clients
in amounts beginning at $25,000 up to an amount no greater than the insurance
limit of $100,000 to include both principal and unpaid interest. Early
withdrawal penalties and/or placement fees may be applicable. Callable
CDs are sellable in the market and have no fees. For a full description
