FISN Account Application Form

First Internet Securities Network (Division of FISN, Inc.) New Account Application

FISN, Inc. operates two investment divisions. Each division specializes in certificates of deposit. Federally Insured Savings Network exclusively places CDs directly at FDIC insured banks from across the nation paying the best returns. First Internet Securities Network, a full service broker dealer, markets the same FDIC insured CDs that are then held in a securities account at the FISN NASD registered broker dealer. A New Account Application is necessary for CDs held in the securities account but not for the direct CDs since each bank has its own application.
