FIXED RATE & STEP-UP
CALLABLE AGENCY SECURITIES
U.S. Government sponsored enterprises offer alternative investment opportunities to traditional CDs. See the enclosed brochure  Guide to Understanding Government Sponsored Enterprises. These investments can offer longer non call protection periods than CDs and some have tax advantages. The issuers are called government agencies but they are not FDIC insured like banks. They issue bonds that are generally considered next in relative safety after government bonds as far as credit risk is concerned. These investments pay either interest at a fixed rate or at a series of step rates and are callable. At the end of the non callable period, the investment may be called for the full face or par amount. When called, the face amount is returned with interest. If not called, it remains callable. Only the issuer, not the investor, can exercise a call. There is no early withdrawal permitted but the investment can be sold. Securities sold prior to maturity are subject to market conditions and could result in a loss. There are no investment fees and they are sold subject to availability and price. These investments are held at FISN's broker dealer, First Internet Securities Network. Eligible for both IRA Accounts & 401K Rollover to IRA Accounts.

FIXED RATE & STEP-UP
CALLABLE CORPORATE SECURITIES
Callable Corporate Securities are unsecured and un-subordinated obligations of the corporate issuer. These notes offer alternative investment opportunities to traditional CDs with yields generally higher than government agency securities. They can offer longer non call protection periods than CDs. The issuers are major U.S. corporations and are not FDIC insured like banks. Investment grade corporate notes are generally considered next in relative safety after government agency bonds as far as credit risk is concerned (See Corporate Bond Ratings chart for a simple description & comparison of credit quality ratings). Please be advised that notes rated less than investment grade are inherently more risky. They pay interest at a fixed rate and are callable. At the end of the non callable period, the notes may be called for the full face or par amount. When called, the face amount is returned with interest. If not called, the issue remains callable. Only the issuer, not the investor, can exercise a call. There is no early withdrawal permitted but the notes can be sold or may be redeemed at par upon the death of owner or co-owner. Securities sold prior to maturity are subject to market conditions and could result in a loss. There are no investment fees and they are sold subject to availability and price. New issues are posted every week. These investments are held at FISN's broker dealer, First Internet Securities Network. Eligible for both IRA Accounts &401K Rollover to IRA Accounts.

STEEPENER NOTE

In the two years 10.50% is fixed and paid quarterly.

In years 3 - 15  the interest rate is reset & paid quarterly based on the Steepener formula. The formula rate is 50 x the difference between the 30Yr CMS Rate and the 10Yr CMS Rate without a cap. Interest is paid for the quarter if the 30Yr Constant Maturity Swap (CMS) Rate is greater than the 10Yr Constant Maturity Swap (CMS) Rate (Positive Yield Curve) on the observation date 2 business days before the start of the quarter. No interest is paid for the entire quarter if the 10Yr CMS Rate is greater than the 30Yr CMS Rate on this observation date (Negative Yield Curve). 10.50% rate guaranteed for first two years. Not FDIC Insured.

SHORT TERM STRUCTURED
FIXED RATE EXCHANGEABLE
CORPORATE SECURITIES
Fixed Rate Exchangeable Securities are senior, fixed rate medium term notes of large, worldwide bank holding companies headquartered in Europe. These structured corporate notes pay an above market interest rate for the full term. The notes will trade in the secondary market where daily prices are determined. In some cases, the notes will be listed on the American Stock Exchange. At maturity, these interest bearing notes pay interest and are redeemed in dollars for their original purchase price or exchanged for the common stock of the referenced equity issue traded on the New York Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ. Only the issuer of the Exchangeable Corporate Securities, not the investor, makes the redemption payoff determination. At the note's maturity, if the Final Share Price of the exchangeable common stock is higher on the maturity date than the Initial Share Price, or in some cases, never fallen below the protection level of the Initial Share Price during the term, a cash payment is made. Or, if the Final Share Price has fallen (and in some cases been fallen below the protection level of the Initial Share Price sometime during the term), common stock of the referenced company is returned at a price ratio established at issuance. Some issues afford this Downside Protection which requires that the Final Share Price not only be down from the Initial Share Price but also that it had been below the protection level or greater during the term. See the brochure -A Guide to Understanding Reverse Convertible Securities for a full explanation. The notes are not Principal Protected. The Issuer Credit Quality listed below is an indication of the credit standing of the issuer and not for the Exchangeable Equity Security referenced below. The creditworthiness of the issuer does not affect or enhance the likely performance of the investment other than the ability of the issuer to meet its obligations therein. These notes are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured (See Corporate Bond Ratings chart for a simple description & comparison of credit quality ratings). There is no early withdrawal permitted but the notes can be sold in the secondary market. Notes sold prior to maturity are subject to market conditions and could result in a loss. There are no investment fees and they are sold subject to availability and price. These investments are held at FISN's broker dealer, First Internet Securities Network. Eligible for both IRA Accounts & 401K Rollover to IRA Accounts. Read each, underlined Disclosure Statement for a complete explanation. Research material including a company profile & financial charts on each exchangeable common stock is available at www.fisnonline.com, FISN's internet portal for information and trading. Passwords are available to all FISN's accountholders for online access. Select Research and enter the stock symbol to see a company's Profile and Charts.

STOCK or CURRENCY MARKET LINKED
CORPORATE SECURITIES
Stock or Currency Market Linked Corporate Securities are senior, medium term notes of large, worldwide bank holding companies headquartered in Europe, Canada and the U.S. These notes offer an alternative investment opportunity to Stock Market CDs. Like Stock Market CDs their return is based upon stock or currency market performance.  Unlike CDs, they are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured. These notes will trade in the secondary market where daily prices are determined. At maturity the issuer will look to the stock or currency market to figure the interest return. (See Corporate Bond Ratings chart for a simple description & comparison of credit quality ratings). Read the underlined Link to Offering Memorandum for a complete explanation of each issue.

COMMODITY LINKED

CORPORATE SECURITIES
Commodity Linked Corporate Securities are senior, medium term notes of large, worldwide financial holding companies. These notes offer an alternative investment opportunity to stock market linked investments. Unlike stock market investments their return is based upon the performance of standardized commodity or currency indexes.  They are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured. These notes will trade in the secondary market where daily prices are determined. The issuer will look to the commodity and currency markets to figure the interest return. (See Corporate Bond Ratings chart for a simple description & comparison of credit quality ratings). There is no early withdrawal permitted but the notes can be sold in the secondary market.
